Adding DDO to an existing agency

This is done the same way as adding a location, except that the only Portal Self Collection Location should be checked and Appointment Location, Mass Tester Location, and Chart Location should be left unchecked.

Then add a single provider for each location which is setup in accordance with the highlighted note on this page.
