Creating Providers
This is the final major step in onboarding a new agency, or simply adding new locations to existing agencies.
Instructions
PnC → PnC Admin
Account Setup → Providers → Copy from a similar one or Add
Last Name is “AGENCY Location Name” e.g. ASU Memorial Union
First Name is COVID-19
Abbreviation is AGENCYABBREVIATION e.g. ASUMU
FTE Percentage is almost always 100%
Primary security division is Covid-19
Profile tab → authorized to be scheduled via opencommunicator. Is Generic Provider.
Provider Setup tab → Provider Departments is Covid-19 Testing
Appointment Locations is the location this provider is attached to. If you haven’t made the location yet, click here.

If DDO, Covid-19 HomeKit. If this agency is using antigen PoC tests, COVID-19 POC Rapid Test
