Creating Providers

This is the final major step in onboarding a new agency, or simply adding new locations to existing agencies.

 Instructions

  1. PnC → PnC Admin

  2. Account Setup → Providers → Copy from a similar one or Add

  3. Last Name is “AGENCY Location Name” e.g. ASU Memorial Union

  4. First Name is COVID-19

  5. Abbreviation is AGENCYABBREVIATION e.g. ASUMU

  6. FTE Percentage is almost always 100%

  7. Primary security division is Covid-19

  8. Profile tab → authorized to be scheduled via opencommunicator. Is Generic Provider.

  9. Provider Setup tab → Provider Departments is Covid-19 Testing

  10. Appointment Locations is the location this provider is attached to. If you haven’t made the location yet, click here.

  11. Provider visit types: Covid-19 Test

If DDO, Covid-19 HomeKit. If this agency is using antigen PoC tests, COVID-19 POC Rapid Test
