Basic User Creation/Maintenance

  1. Sign into the site “https://asubioemp.pointnclick.com/” using the Web Apps button if prompted

  2. Go to PncAdmin

    1.  

  3. Under Account Setup → Users → Add

    1. Fields that are required for Web Apps (Administrator side, DUO is required)

      1. Last Name

      2. First Name

      3. User Initials

      4. Username (first.last)

      5. Password

      6. Password Verify

      7. User Must Change Password at Next Login

      8. Email

      9. Duo Username Override (asurite)

      10. User Roles based on need

      11. User Permissions if they are not covered by the user roles

      12. Assign the correct Facility

      13. Assign the correct Agency

      14. Security Divisions → COVID-19 Testing

    2. Fields that are required for Mass Tester (Site Testers or Supervisors)

      1. Last Name

      2. First Name

      3. User Initials

      4. Username (first.last)

      5. Password

      6. Password Verify

      7. User Must Change Password at Next Login

      8. Email

      9. Duo Username Override (asurite)

      10. User Roles based on need (one or more of)

        1. Mass Tester

        2. Mass Tester Reports

        3. Mass Tester with Registration

      11. User Permissions if they are not covered by the user roles

      12. Assign the correct Facility

      13. Assign the correct Agency

      14. Security Divisions → COVID-19 Testing
