Post Holiday Closure of DDO

When the lab is closed for holidays these are the steps to re-enable the DDO sample activations so that samples can be reactivated as expected.

 Instructions

Enable the DDO activation on the PnC site:

  1. Log into the PnC Web Apps page

  2. Launch PnCConfig

  3. Application is OpenCommunicator

  4. Folder location is OpenCommunicator → Home Kit

  5. Check Enable Home Kit

Enable the DDO shortcut button on the PnC site:

  1. Log into the PnC Web Apps page

  2. Launch PnCConfig

  3. Application is OpenCommunicator

  4. Folder location is OpenCommunicator → Home Kit

  5. Check Enable Home Kit Testing Quick Link

Restore the default message on the home page:

  1. Log into the PnC Web Apps page

  2. Launch PnCConfig

  3. Application is OpenCommunicator

  4. Folder location is OpenCommunicator → Home Page Settings

  5. Change the Message of the Day. Include the HTML markup tags. Below is a sample:

    1. <font size= "+1"> Welcome to the ASU Biodesign Clinical Testing Lab Portal</font><br/><br/> <font size="+0.3"><p>To schedule an appointment for COVID-19 testing, please select the "Schedule an appointment" button.<br></font>
