Questionnaires and Consents for Research

By using the visit questionnaires and compliances feature, a setup can be made in the PnC research instance which will allow participants to fill out consent forms and, more usefully, extensive questionnaires which are attached to individual visits. This is especially useful for repeatedly asked questions in longitudinal studies or for organizing responses to studies with larger numbers of participants.
