Required Training

All KE Secure Cloud Users are required to take the following ASU trainings every calendar year (January-December), regardless of the data they are using. All training and quizzes must be completed at 100%.

• “Information Security Training”

• “HIPAA for Researchers”

• “HIPAA for Covered Entities”

If training is not taken within 90 days of the beginning of the calendar year, access is suspended.

Users must also agree to the Acceptable Use Policy every calendar year (January-December)
