User Accounts
Overview
The KE Secure Cloud and Aloe use the same account for logging in. It is called a Wineds account and it is different from an ASURITE account. The username will be the same as your ASURITE, but the password will be different. This process is used to ensure HIPAA standards.
Specifying Wineds When Logging In
Most login pages will look for Wineds accounts by default, but if the login doesn’t work correctly, you can specify Wineds by using wineds\asuriteID or asuriteID@wineds.asu.edu as the username.
Resetting Your Password
Follow step 3 in this guide to reset your password.
