When the lab is closed for holidays these are the steps to re-enable the DDO sample activations so that samples can be reactivated as expected.

Enable the DDO activation on the PnC site:
Log into the PnC Web Apps page
Launch PnCConfig
Application is OpenCommunicator
Folder location is OpenCommunicator → Home Kit
Check Enable Home Kit
Enable the DDO shortcut button on the PnC site:
Log into the PnC Web Apps page
Launch PnCConfig
Application is OpenCommunicator
Folder location is OpenCommunicator → Home Kit
Check Enable Home Kit Testing Quick Link
Restore the default message on the home page:
Log into the PnC Web Apps page
Launch PnCConfig
Application is OpenCommunicator
Folder location is OpenCommunicator → Home Page Settings
Change the Message of the Day. Include the HTML markup tags. Below is a sample:
