Affinity Groups are intended to build a peer-to-peer mentoring community around specific software applications or technologies. By creating this networking group, our hope is that researchers, students, and staff will be able to exchange best practices and peer-to-peer knowledge as well as raise awareness about these specific software applications or technologies. We hope that participation could also provide unique networking and collaboration opportunities.
