Who can have an account on the supercomputer?
HPC cluster accounts are available to all ASU faculty members, as well as students working under the faculty members.
Accounts on the HPC supercomputer use your ASURITE login and password.
So how do I request an account?
To obtain an account on HPC supercomputer, an account request form must be filled out, which can be found on the Research Computing website.
Once the form is submitted, we'll get your account added and send you an email when it is ready.
This is a manual process and it may take some time for the request to be processed.
Account aging process
HPC supercomputer accounts are checked at the end of each semester for faculty, staff, and students that are no longer with the University. All old accounts are locked to prevent those users the ability to log into the supercomputer.
