Request access to the dataset (alphafold database)
Submit a support ticket and request to be added to the dataset_access unix group which will provide access to the alphafold datasets under /data/alphafold. The database is regularly updated by our system administrators/data/alphafold is now universally available without additional access/making a request. Any user already logged into Sol can access this openly simply by changing directory with cd /data/alphafold.
